Our process is proven to get your project off the ground as quickly as possible while meeting all your needs and expectations. We’ll be here every step of the way from beginning to completion to make sure you have a full understanding of what’s happening and keep you in the loop. The following is our proven process for delivering you a high quality product you can afford.
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Once logged into our Portal, we'll coordinate a Site Visit. Your Project Manager will contact you to set up an in-home appointment. This is an opportunity for our construction department to get familiar with the project. We will take detailed measurements, notes, before pictures, and go over the details with you. We want to make sure we're all on the same page between homeowner, sales, and construction. All this information will be logged and updated into the system.
You'll get to set up a one-on-one appointment at our showroom which will make the process easier to choose your selections. You won't be driving around to six different places every weekend. We have products for both your interior remodels and your exterior replacement projects. We offer higher end materials at wholesale pricing will keep you in budget from your proposal without sacrificing quality. If you need to see more selections, most of our suppliers are a quick trip down the road with their own full showrooms. All your selections will be uploaded into the Portal and signed off by you before ordering.
As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. All items will be addressed before we close out the project. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in case any issues arise with your home after we leave. Your portal login will stay active and will give you an archive of your selections and options.
